This promotional equipment card is awarded for participating in Organized Play. It costs 7 mana. During each Upkeep Phase, place one Storm token on it, up to four. When making a wind or lightning attack, remove any number of Storm tokens during the Roll Dice Step to gain one additional attack die and +1 to the effect die roll per token removed.
