The press has not yet discovered the connection between a series of crimes. Players investigate how ordinary citizens from different walks of life could suddenly become dangerous criminals and form unlikely gangs. By examining the available information, they work to develop a theory before the story breaks, although many explanations remain possible and none initially accounts for everything.
