Medico Service

A campaign primer for Cepheus Engine and other 2D6-based science-fiction systems. It supports campaigns in which characters serve the galaxy-spanning Medico Service, travelling the space lanes to protect the health and wellbeing of the Empire. The book includes a new career path and guidance for running missions involving epidemics, volcanic disasters, oppressive regimes, and other threats to civilian populations.
