Metropolia

Players assume the role of rival mayors trying to develop a fledgling town into a thriving city. On each turn a player rolls one or two dice and collects income from establishments whose activation numbers match the roll; some effects trigger across players. Collected coins are spent to build new establishments or to complete landmarks, which unlock abilities or additional dice. The game supports 2–4 players and emphasizes engine-building, timing, and interaction through card effects that can benefit or siphon resources from opponents. Expansions add new buildings and landmarks to diversify strategies.
