Midnight Realm
A dark fantasy setting for the lower planes, the Midnight Realm lies beyond the ancient Threshold and its twin stone guardians. Its desolate landscape features rivers of molten iron, smoldering plains, virulent swamps, and forests of pale deadwood beneath a black sun and distant stars. The setting details a twilight world inhabited by demon hunters, soul traders, Brood reapers, and other mysterious denizens. It provides material for Game Masters and players to explore in the Talislanta role-playing game, and can also be adapted for other role-playing systems or used as inspiration for original settings.
