Minas Ithil

This sourcebook presents Minas Ithil, the Tower of the Moon, as a detailed setting for Middle-earth Role Playing. It describes the city’s history, culture, peoples, commerce, politics, military, notable buildings, institutions, and personalities, with material focused on its prosperous period in T.A. 1640 and guidance for other eras, including its later existence as Minas Morgul.
