Card-driven wargame with a board depicting the Second World War. Players command Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, or the Soviet Union, using Strategy Cards to conduct military operations, research technologies, and trigger events. Territories, diplomacy, and alliances provide Victory Points, while the United States and China may join opposing factions. The team with the most Victory Points wins.
