A science-fiction roleplaying scenario begins with the characters undertaking survival training in the frozen polar wastes of Trybec. An RCES shuttle arrives with sealed orders, transferring them to the Long Range Planning Group at Vesna orbital port. There, they meet the organization’s agents—including a hiver—and receive a briefing for an unspecified assignment.
