More Pulp Villains

This collection adds eight pulp antagonists focused on world domination, unusual powers, and evil genius. Each villain includes a description, game statistics, and at least two customizable options for use in a Two-Fisted Tales Revised saga. The villains can also serve as templates for creating new adversaries by combining options and varying how hero points modify their abilities and specialties.
