Narvik: The Campaign in Norway, 1940
An operational-level two-player wargame covering the German invasion of Norway in spring 1940. One side commands Germany, seeking to occupy Norway, while the other directs Norway and its British, French, and Polish Allies in an effort to resist the invasion and inflict losses. Players conduct sequenced turns by moving units, resolving combat, and contesting geographic objectives. The historical scenario recreates the campaign and allows exploration of alternative decisions by the opposing commanders. The game also includes Norway and Sweden counters compatible with other games in the Europa Series for strategic-level play.
