Navegador: Pirates & Diplomats

A mini-expansion for Navegador that adds three Pirate cards and three Diplomat cards. Pirates allow players to rob goods from colonies where they have a ship in the surrounding sea region. Diplomats allow players to use another player's colonies and overseas trading stations when selling goods on the market.
