Nepal (fan expansion for Ticket to Ride)

An unofficial fan-made map expansion that follows the core route-building rules, set across Nepal’s mountains and cities. Players collect train cards, claim routes, complete destination tickets, and compete for the most points, using train pieces and cards from a compatible base game. Mountain routes provide extra points, while spanner spaces introduce effects that can help or hinder progress. The board includes special rules and options, such as exchanging cards, discarding and redrawing, and calling time when only three wagons remain to limit opponents’ chances of completing tickets.
