New York 1901: Goons of New York

This promotional expansion adds five Boss cards to the city-building game. After all players reach the Silver Age, control of each district color is checked, with pink excluded in two-player games. The player controlling the most territory in a color takes its corresponding Boss card. At the start of later turns, each Boss allows its controller to use a special goon power, placing a goon on a street or designated Bronze Age skyscraper. These goons score points according to specific conditions, but change hands if another player takes control of the district color.
