Players work together to survive nightly vampire attacks across a thirty-night campaign while also competing to rescue the most survivors. Each turn, a player acquires items, rescues survivors to add to their group, gathers food to sustain them, and explores new buildings for additional opportunities, while managing the risk of pickpockets and lost belongings. After each player’s actions, vampires assault the group: resolve attacks by rolling a d6 and apply combat results and consequences for failed hits. The campaign ends at dawn of the thirtieth night; the player who has rescued the most people is the winner.
