In a wartime capital devastated by bombing, agents attempt to replace a supposedly dead dictator with a carefully prepared double and redirect the hostile government’s policies. The adventure follows their efforts through peril, shifting alliances, and a paranoid population, and is designed for 2D6-based roleplaying games.
