Orbital 2100

A near-future science-fiction setting for Cepheus Engine and other Classic 2D6 SF games, set in a realistic version of the Solar System in 2100. Earth and Luna face off in a Cold War while independent Mars and Mercury, corporations, agencies, and other factions compete to colonize the moons of Jupiter and Saturn. Player characters are spacers working aboard deep-space vehicles, taking on jobs such as cargo transport, asteroid mining, salvage, rescue, and exploration. The rules cover TL 9 technology, spacecraft and rocket design, habitats, colonies, space hazards, and the major worlds and moons of the Solar System. Campaigns focus on practical work in space, where equipment failures, radiation, hostile environments, and uncertain contracts shape each mission.
