Pampero

Players develop a domestic energy sector by building wind farms, deploying biomass, and improving end-use efficiency to reduce reliance on imports. The game is card-driven and uses hand-management and action-selection: players play cards into two tableau rows or retrieve their tableau to trigger effects. Actions activate sector spaces on the central board, generate and store energy, build infrastructure, and produce batteries during consolidation phases. Turns include playing up to three actions before a consolidation step that harvests resources, collects income, advances the timer, and lets players retrieve cards. The player with the most money at game end wins.
