A sourcebook presents the isolated, unsettling town of Pembrooktonshire and its inhabitants. It includes profiles for 137 bizarre and disturbing NPCs, along with details about the town itself. The modular material can support horror, fantasy, comedy, surreal farce, dystopia, or combinations of these themes. Most NPC descriptions stand independently and can be added with little modification to a variety of fantasy settings, campaigns, and games.
