Plantopia: The Card Game

Players build a tableau of plants from cards in hand, combining immediate-effect Baby Plants with longer-term Treevolved Plants to score magical leaves. Each plant type grants distinct abilities—Flowers accelerate growth, Cacti draw cards, and Trees influence the weather—and players balance short-term powers against scoring synergies. Turns revolve around hand management and planting cards into the tableau, creating combos and reacting to opponents’ moves; a weather mechanic can boost growth when predicted correctly. The game emphasizes tableau construction, card combo planning, and adapting strategy as new plants enter the shared pool.
