A Colonial Gothic campaign setting set in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in 1745, amid tensions between New France, English settlers, and Native American communities. Players investigate hidden occult activity, seek powerful relics, and face adversaries including Templars, witch hunters, and supernatural creatures. The setting includes new character options, spells, dark magic, adversaries, detailed non-player characters, a gazetteer of Portsmouth and the surrounding New England region, and plot-point adventures for low- and mid-level characters.
