This supplement adds more than 20 pharmaceuticals across 13 categories, including cognition-enhancing, emotion-stimulating, interrogation, medicinal, memory-altering, mind-control, perception-altering, veterinary, and weight-loss drugs. The substances can buff characters, hinder enemies, or aid recovery, with plot hooks for Game Masters and word-of-mouth gossip for players to help introduce them into campaigns.
