Puppet Show

This standalone PDF presents a small-scale criminal operation for the City of Mist RPG. Walter Stephenson, a used car salesman and concerned father, is secretly a serial killer who believes dismembering victims will help him make his disabled son Freddy “a real boy.” The operation can serve as a side case involving the investigation of vicious murders, part of a larger story in which Walter is manipulated by another villain, or a ready-to-play encounter when a crew member or supporting character becomes his next target.
