Set in the rough streets and harbor district of Brooklyn, rival gangs struggle for influence among the neighborhood’s alleys, buildings, and docks. Players manage a gang, deploy members, claim territory, and confront opposing groups through negotiation and conflict. Decisions about where to send people and when to escalate determine which faction gains control of Red Hook.
