Set roughly 15 years before the events of The Return of the Living Dead, this game explores the origins of the first zombie outbreak. Players face the consequences of 2-4-5 Trioxin, which animates numerous corpses at the Highland Place Veterans Administration Hospital in Pittsburgh.
