Richter: The Rotting City

A system-agnostic setting book introduces a city in a swamp, where a mysterious force called the Rot corrupts life and consumes neighborhoods. It describes daily life, canal travel, factions, neighborhoods, notable residents, and monstrous manifestations of the Rot. The book also offers guidance for running adventures in the city and includes an introductory scenario centered on an observatory.
