Risk Édition Napoléon: Extension Empire Ottoman

This expansion adds the Ottoman Empire as a sixth faction to the Napoleonic version of the game. It includes a map overlay, Ottoman army figures, four Mission cards, and eight Risk cards covering the Ottoman territories. Optional components introduce Neutral Fleets and named Generals, allowing naval forces and historical commanders to be included in play.
