As war approaches, political factions compete over the succession of a Central European province, while romance and espionage influence the fate of nations. The 52-page supplement adds skills such as Pilot, Gamble, and Command, along with stunts and systems for airships. A map-based travel system generates encounters and complications during each journey, while location profiles and adventure seeds support custom campaigns.
