Saga of the Elder City 1: Random City State Events

A supplement for turning a large fantasy city into an active setting for adventure. It provides random event and street-scene tables featuring unusual incidents, criminal activity, brawls, comic roleplaying moments, and atmospheric encounters. Game Masters can use these prompts to introduce improvised urban adventures, give player characters reasons to become involved, and make time spent in the city more engaging between dungeon expeditions.
