Saint Petersburg (Second Edition): Emergency Storehouse Expansion

This expansion adds two Emergency Storehouse tiles. At the start of the game, place both tiles next to the board. Each tile increases a player’s hand limit by one card, provided that player pays 1 Ruble in upkeep each round.
