On All Hallows’ Eve, an ancient arbiter of death arrives in a body built by an advanced robotics laboratory. The setting explores his powers, minions, and threat to the boundary between the living and the afterlife. This roleplaying supplement adds cyberwear, powers, psionics, merits, and flaws, along with modification packages for existing characters and NPCs. Deceased characters can return as powerful undead beings or as disembodied ghosts unable to interact physically with the living.
