This supplement expands character creation beyond Origin and Class, and introduces Tweaks for customizing existing powers. It provides guidelines for creating gear, vehicles, robots, and hidden bases, with real-world examples translated into game terms. A final section covers running free-form, theatre-of-the-mind campaigns.
