Scarab of Death

A mystery adventure for a party of 10th-level characters, set in Waterdeep’s Raging Bull District and adaptable to other cities. A young noble is found dead near Nabulee’s Bazaar of the Extraordinary, apparently killed by an unattended scarab of death. The characters investigate how the cursed brooch escaped Nabulee’s supposedly impenetrable vault and why he has no memory of removing it, while working against the threat of the noble’s vengeful father. The mystery is designed to remain playable despite divination magic.
