A roleplaying game set in a digital universe, where characters can be programs, subprograms, avatars controlled from the physical world, or users whose consciousness inhabits a network system. Stories focus on the secret lives of artificial beings, including their development, conflicts, goals, dreams, and emotions. The rules support abstract, non-realistic adventures about computers, networks, processes, and operations, and can also complement other roleplaying games. Basic computer knowledge may be useful for realistic interpretations, but is not required.
