Servants of the Cinder Queen

An adventure for Dungeon World set in the shadow of Hvitr’s Horn, an active volcano and gateway to an elemental plane of fire. Three centuries after an eruption destroyed the monastery of warrior-monks who guarded holy artifacts and texts, villagers vanish from the nearby steading of Meervold while strange lights and distant screams trouble the mountain. Players investigate the ruined monastery, search for missing villagers, uncover secrets beneath the volcano, and determine the truth behind the artifacts rumored to remain within.
