Shelly Jackson (d20)

This supplement presents an eccentric local cat lady who lives among dozens of adopted felines and speaks with the ghost of her father. The spirit’s cryptic statements concern events that have not yet happened, giving her a genuine power of precognition. It includes character statistics, details of her lifestyle and ramblings, and adventure ideas for urban fantasy, horror, noir, and mystery campaigns.
