Sicily II

A full-sized operational-level simulation of the 1943 amphibious invasion of Sicily. Players command company-to-brigade formations across a 3.5-mile hex map, manage airpower, naval support and supply, and resolve combat and movement over 16 turns (each turn = 3–4 days). Scenarios range from short maps to a full-campaign option, including an airborne scatter procedure for the Allied drop and optional naval landing rules or immediate ashore starts. Italian unit wavering and surrender, revised orders of battle, and variable Axis deployments add operational uncertainty. Uses standard OCS tables and charts; supports solitaire or multiplayer play with 2–20 hours typical playing time.
