This system-neutral encounter features a shape-shifting construct with four operational sides, each representing a different mode: attack, shield, hack, or retreat. A warden tracks hit points and the active side, with each configuration providing distinct statistics and abilities. The construct can deploy turrets with their own hit points and six variable attack modes, including teleportation and other reality-altering effects. Destroyed turrets cannot return, while retracted turrets may repair before expiring. An operating manual details the construct’s modes, turret rules, and attacks.
