Squaring Circleville

Players act as agents of the Circleville Squaring Company, coordinating the conversion of a radial town plan into a rectangular grid. On a shared map around a central courthouse rondel, players move to acquire permits and perform actions that deconstruct and construct roads and demolish or build structures. Work capacity grows over the game, letting players execute more actions each turn. The game resolves through planning and spatial manipulation as players score for successfully reshaping lots and streets; the highest-scoring player wins.
