A post-apocalyptic campaign scenario for 4–6 characters of levels 3–5. The Steel Disciples and Techno Reapers are building a short-wave communication network across territories separated by the Mutant Army, Tribal Nation, and Vegas Mafia. Characters help construct and defend radio towers while escorting envoys seeking treaties with neighboring factions. The scenario uses the updated experience system from the Exodus OPS campaign.
