Street Masters IV: Lament of the Blood Moon

An expansion introduces a new antagonist: a mysterious leader consolidating power across Japan and drawing gangs into her blood-soaked empire. Players continue cooperative beat-’em-up action against increasingly organized enemies, confronting new scenarios and escalating threats tied to the Blood Moon’s rise. The expansion adds new enemy behaviors, event cards, and campaign consequences that force the group to prioritize targets and manage growing influence before the antagonist becomes powerful enough to change the wider game state.
