Superworld

A superhero-themed role-playing game built on the Basic Role-Playing system. Players create heroes by rolling characteristics and spending Hero Points on skills, abilities, and super-powers described by their effects, such as an energy blast. Advantages and disadvantages adjust each power’s cost, while disabilities can provide additional points and shape the character. Actions use percentile skill rolls, with special results, criticals, and fumbles affecting outcomes. Combat includes options for different situations and distinguishes between kinetic, electric, and radiation damage. Characters earn additional Hero Points through play.
