Sweeping the Doorstep

A two-player historical scenario that recreates the fighting around Carpiquet in July 1944 using the ASL Starter Kit boards and counters for SK 2 and SK 3. Players command Commonwealth and German forces, maneuvering squads, leaders and support weapons across close terrain while resolving assaults, suppression and fortified positions with standard ASL mechanics. The package includes playtest notes and historical background that explain setup, special rules and scenario intent, plus articles on the campaign context. It integrates with the Starter Kit components and plays as a focused tactical encounter within the broader Battles of Carpiquet material.
