This sourcebook presents a detailed overview of a ruined former capital now known as a refuge for beggars, smugglers, thieves, fishermen, merchants, and craftsmen. It describes the city’s history, current conditions, inhabitants, and hidden ruler, along with the surrounding Nyktoros Peninsula. Ancient magic and demons remain active in the ruins, while exiled spellcasters, nobles, and servants of dark powers seek shelter among the city’s people. Treasure hunters risk these dangers in search of wealth and artifacts from the age of the Sea Masters. A color map of southern Chryseia is included.
