It details monsters inhabiting the Tottori Sand Dunes, Tokyo’s crowded megacities, and the skies above them, including demons, kaiju, biomechanical entities, mecha, alien Battlechangers, and predatory human threats. Entries support encounters for characters of varying experience, from low-level Oni Dregs and Black Issunboshi to powerful kaiju such as Namazu and planet-shattering dragons.
