The Cardinal's Peril

An adventure pack for use with the FLASHING BLADES game system, featuring four complete scenarios and a historical reference section. The Musketeers overview covers their formation, organization, and uniforms, including both the King’s Musketeers and the Cardinal’s Guard. The adventures involve investigating a deserted and supposedly haunted villa, protecting the Cardinal amid disguises and political intrigue during the preparations for the siege of La Rochelle, conducting espionage and diplomacy during the siege, and attending a royal hunting lodge where sporting events, gambling, and other subplots unfold. FLASHING BLADES is required.
