The Fellowship sends a team to Sacramento, California, in February 1913 to investigate Dr. Monroe’s activities. Although he was not involved in creating the Tesla Tower, divinations place him in the area, and recent purchases of machine parts suggest an ongoing project. Players conduct a mid-level investigation and report their findings.
