The Great Pacific War: The Second World War in the Pacific 1937-1945

A strategic-level simulation of the War in the Pacific from 1937 through 1946, covering Japan, China, the United States, Britain, the Netherlands, and the Soviet Union. Players direct corps, fleets, and air armies across three maps, with each turn representing three months and each hex covering 60 miles. Players draw impulse chits to determine when forces activate, while managing military operations, production, political decisions, and national economies. Scenarios cover different periods and possible conflicts, including a 1931 Japan–United States war. The included rules also link the game with Third Reich for campaigns covering the global Second World War.
