The Kaiinese Drakeling

A Cugel-level fantasy scenario set in Kaiin, where a group of rogues seeks a secure base after returning from earlier adventures. Landlords are unreliable, ruined buildings attract extortionate occupancy monitors, and rough justice awaits those who resist. The adventurers are recruited by Nerijs, the owner of the Odkin Prospect Hotel, to deal with troublesome residents and help replace them with more dependable occupants. He and three associates also require assistance with a daring plan intended to change their fortunes, giving the group several possible ways to become involved.
