The Red Rum Runners

This adventure is designed for a party of four to six second-level characters. A group of harpies in a nearby forest raises cockatrices for potion ingredients and produces an illicit drug called Red Rum for sale in the village of Dungleburg. After several cockatrices escape, petrifying and killing villagers, the characters are called on to investigate the creatures and uncover the operation behind them. Read-aloud text and maps suitable for virtual tabletops are included.
