Third Dawn Campaign Setting

A campaign setting for a world shaped by psionic power, where thoughts can become reality and magic has disappeared after an ancient catastrophe. Ksaren has no gods, clerics, wizards, or mages; its varied cultures instead rely on the arts of the mind. The setting details the world's history, societies, and locations for campaign play, from the rank-based Ophid Protectorate and the libraries of Alyria to the raiders of Hawk's Claw. It includes 12 playable races, the society mind and thoughtsinger classes, revised soulknife and wilder classes, six prestige classes, and new feats, powers, skills, and items.
